At the time of enrollment, a $1000 deposit is required. This enrollment deposit is applied to your child's tuition.

If you have indicated an interest in financial aid, you can access the forms and apply directly online at the National Association of Independent Schools website.

Transportation Fees for 2008-2009.

MCDS does offer bus service for students living in the greaterMadison area.  The fees for rifding the bus are listed below.

The charge for children riding both ways on the bus everyday will be $1,790 per year.

The charge for children riding one way on the bus everyday will be $1,126 per year. 

Building Use Fee

The Building Use Fee is a standard fee that is found in many independent and private schools.  It is separate from tuition and used solely for routine facility expenses.  The Building Use Fee for the 2008-2009 school year is $425 per family.  It is important to note that this fee is not due until June, 2009, and may be completely offset by using the school's SCRIP program.  Plese click Here to learn more about the SCRIP program.  For further information regarding the MCDS SCRIP program, please contact our Business Manager, Barb Spurlin or our SCRIP program coordinator, Brenda Korb.
