MCDS Athletics offers students the opportunity to develop teamwork, self-confidence,
perseverance, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of physical endeavor. Our no-cut policy allows all students to explore fresh opportunities and discover new strengths.
MCDS student-athletes benefit from our carefully maintained facilities, including
our collegiate-level track and gymnasium, as well as our dedicated coaches and supportive school spirit. Our Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) cooperative partnerships with other local high schools provide a range of additional varsity sport challenges to our high school student-athletes.
The MCDS Athletic Tradition is Strong and Growing
• Each year MCDS evaluates new sports, programs, and ideas to expand opportunities for our students. Join in on the fun!
• The MCDS student-athlete also participates in sports outside of the school including Swimming, Baseball, Tennis, Karate, Judo, Taekwondo, Dance, Ice Skating, Cheer, Horseback Riding, Fencing, and Aikido.
Summer Strength Training Opportunities
Summer strength training is intended for all students who will be entering grades 7-12 during the 2017-2018 school year. Weight room hours and sport training sessions are led by our HS Athletic Department Staff and Coaches. Help your student-athletes make a difference in their performance throughout the summer by participating in the summer strength training opportunities.

4th Annual Prairie Hawk Open
Join us on August 7th, 2017 at Lake Windsor Country Club for the 4th Annual Prairie Hawk Open. This fun-filled event raises funds to support MCDS’ 36 athletic teams and clubs along with our 52 coaches and over 250 student-athletes. The scramble format allows beginners and experienced golfers to play together and enjoy the day.
