MCDS Community Announcements:

Art Department News
The MCDS art department is looking for exhibit opportunities for our art
students to display their artworks.  Participation in art shows provides
students with invaluable opportunities to share their creative ideas and
unique artistic approaches with their peers, teachers, parents and
community.  In addition, by showing their works in juried exhibitions, our
students gain a chance to showcase their talents outside of school and
demonstrate their art potential to a broader range of viewers.

I would like to bring to your attention to the recent artistic achievement
some of MCDS students.  We are excited to announce that ten exceptional
artworks from Middle and High School students will be included in the 44
Annual Young People’s Art Exhibition that will take place during the
Wisconsin State Fair in summer of 2012 from August 2 through 12.

Heartfelt congratulations to the MS/HS students whose art pieces are
going to be on display during the Young People’s Art Exhibition.
