Tuition payments account for only a portion of
the cost of educating a Madison Country Day School student. Each
year MCDS, like most independent schools, relies on the generosity
of its community — parents, grandparents, faculty and friends— to
make gifts that will bridge the gap between costs and income.
Tuition Revenue vs. Annual Expense at MCDS
Annual Giving is the primary source of income to cover the shortfall
between annual expenses and tuition revenue.
Annual Giving provides these funds which ensure that the school's
programs reach the level of excellence that is the hallmark of
a Madison Country Day School education.
