The sports and physical education programs include competitive school-sponsored sports for both girls and boys. Regular offerings include basketball, volleyball, cross-country, soccer, track and field, tennis, and canoeing & kyaking. The school has a "no cut" sports team policy.

- To develop whole-body and fine motor skills utilizing a variety of movement experiences
Grades 5 through 8
The program is composed of three major areas: track and field, gymnastics and tumbling, and team sports. Games and skill practices are used to build proficiency and teach strategy. Units include canoeing & kyaking,, tennis, cross-country, track and field (50- and 100-yard dashes, mile runs, discus, and javelin), volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, tennis, and fitness conditioning. Students develop the confidence and motivation to participate in organized and individual physical activities. Leadership, teamwork, and good sportsmanship are taught. The program emphasizes lifelong fitness. School-sponsored competitive sports include soccer, girls volleyball, boys and girls basketball, and track and field. The campus offers an indoor pool, two soccer fields, an eight-lane track, and facilities for shot-put, discus and long jump.
