Spring conferences will be held from 12:45 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15th and 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 16th. Please be reminded that students will be dismissed at noon on Thursday, March 15th. This dismissal time allows more opportunities for parents to attend conferences with homeroom and specialist teachers. Please note that extended day and extracurricular activities will not be occurring on either conference day.
This year the eighth grade students will be conducting a fund-raiser for their Washington D.C. trip by providing child care in the Lower School Pod from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15th. Lunch will NOT be provided on that day, so please plan on sending a bag lunch, if you choose to have your child stay. You are invited to have your younger children supervised there for $5.00 / hour (for a maximum of 2 hours) while attending conferences, and support the middle school efforts at the same time! Babysitting will also be available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 16th. This is also for a 2 hour time limit. A bake sale for parents and staff will run concurrently.
