Uniform Requirements

Madison Country Day School believes in a uniform policy because it:

  • Allows students to focus on academics rather than on dress
  • Alleviates competition for more expensive clothing and/or fad clothing
  • Helps the student get ready for school in the morning with as little conflict over clothing as possible.

We need the strong support of parents in order to uphold this policy. Children should come to school in a clean shirt or blouse every day. Clothing should be in good repair with no holes or tears. Please help us by making sure your child is dressed in proper uniform before leaving for school.

Uniform Providers
To assure consistency with the uniform, Land’s End is our school's preferred provider. Please be aware that Land's End is the only approved company to provide our school plaid uniform pieces.  Madison Country Day School does carry limited stock of the plaid uniform piecesas well. Please contact Jen Klug for more information.

Although you may purchase items from other vendors, strict compliance to the style and color requirements of these key vendors is the only guarantee that items from other vendors will be acceptable.
