Registration opens January 2! All families must register online through our website. Once registration is open, please be sure to use an email address that you check regularly, as our summer correspondence is sent through email. Both new and returning families will be prompted to create an account with your email address and a password. A follow-up confirmation email is sent to all families once registration is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call MCDS Summer to confirm registration. Registration for all programs is done on a first-registered basis.
Registration is on a first-come, first registered basis for all programs, classes, and program workshops. Many programs fill early and, therefore, early registration is encouraged to ensure enrollment in desired session(s). The deadline for registering is 12:00pm on the Friday before a session begins, if the program is not already full.

Waitlists for Programs
We anticipate a fair amount of movement within programs for summer 2023 so don’t be afraid to join a waitlist!
Once a program fills, a waitlist for that session is begun through the online registration system. Click the “Register Now” link at the top of the page to register. If a program is full you will see the option to register for the waitlist. Make sure you complete all requested information even when registering for the waitlist. No deposit or payment is required for a waitlist program until a space is offered and accepted. Should a space become available, we will directly contact families on the waitlist to fill the space. A family typically has 24 hours to accept the available space.
Adding Programs and Making Payments
Adding programs and making payments, once you have an account, is easy! Click on “Register Now” and sign into your account in order to add programs, add siblings, and click “shopping cart” on the upright corner to check out!
Changes to Existing Schedule
All requests for changes to an existing camper schedule must be made in writing, by sending an email to email@example.com. All changes are based on availability. Changes cannot be made after the registration deadline for programs.
If you would like to withdraw your child from a program for which they are already registered, the request should be made in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Refund Policy applies to program withdrawals.
Any cancellations made by our camp will be fully refunded.
Prior to May 1: 100% camp fees are refundable, less a $25/participant admin fee.
May 1: Payment is due in full, all fees are non-refundable. *
*Payments lost due to withdrawal from a program cannot be forwarded to the next year’s programs or to a sibling’s account.
MCDS Summer does not pro-rate for partial attendance or absence from a program.
Summer 2023: MCDS Summer will not be offering any discounts.
If you are an MCDS family and your family needs additional time to pay your summer program fees, or needs to split the payment to both parent sides, we can work with you to establish a payment plan. Please contact our office (email@example.com) at the time of registration to set up a plan that meets your family’s needs. Please note, full payment is still due at least 1-week before the first day of the program your child is attending. Payment plans must be established prior to May 1.
If you are not an MCDS family, we don’t offer payment plans this year. You have to pay the full price to secure your spot. The refund policy is the same as the MCDS families.
