Fall Sports:

JV/Varsity Cross Country, Boys and Girls
The cross country team is open to boys and girls.  Both teams compete in the Trailways Conference as WIAA member.  MCDS hosts this co-op team with Abundant Life. All practices are held on the beautiful trails at MCDS. 

JV/Varsity Soccer, Boys
The boys soccer team participates as a WIAA independent as we host our tri-op with Abundant Life and St. Ambrose Academy. All of the team practices and home games are held at MCDS. 

JV/Varsity Volleyball, Girls
The girls volleyball team participates within the WIAA as a member of the Trailways Conference. All practices and home matches are held at MCDS. 

JV/Varsity Volleyball, Boys
The boys volleyball team participates within the WIAA as a member of the Big 8 conference through a co-op with Edgewood. All of the team practices and home games are held at Edgewood High School. 

Winter Sports:

JV/Varsity Basketball, Boys
The boys basketball team competes in the Trailways Conference which is home to 24 different WIAA schools. Our basketball program is an MCDS only program.  All of the practices and home games are held at MCDS. Game Schedule.

JV/Varsity Basketball, Girls
The girls basketball team competes in the Trailways Conference which is home to 24 different WIAA schools. Our basketball program is an MCDS only program.  All of the practices and home games are held at MCDS. Game Schedule.

Spirit Squad
The MCDS Spirit Squad is a hybrid of cheer, poms, and spirit. The squad performs at MCDS JV/Varsity home basketball games and various special events and pep rallies. 

Spring Sports:

Rowing Clinics
MCDS Offers recreational opportunities for our student-athletes to learn more about and participate in the great sport of rowing.  All of our team practices occur at MCDS on the Yahara River.  The team has a partnership with Mendota Rowing Club to assist with coaching needs and other amazing Madison area rivers and lakes.

HS spring practices:
Monday-Thursday 4:45-6:30pm (water days extend to 6:45pm)
Saturdays 8:00-9:45am (water days extend to 10:00am)
$200.00/ month
 

JV/Varsity Golf
The golf team participates in the Trailways Conference as a WIAA member. We compete through our tri-op with Abundant Life and St Ambrose Academy. All practices and home meets are held at Cherokee Country Club.

JV/Varsity Softball
The softball team participates within the WIAA as a member of the Badger Conference through a co-op with Edgewood. All of the team practices and home games are held at Edgewood High School.

JV/Varsity Track and Field, Boys and Girls
The track and field team participates within the Trailways Conference. All practices and home meets are held at MCDS. Beginning in spring 2023, MCDS will host its own team and no longer coop with other WIAA schools.
